Sunday Breakfast
Sundays 7am – 9am
I like to subtitle it ’Sunday Self-Care.’ The aim is to motivate people to take a few moments for reflection and to get moving the fun way.
For 2 hours I mix music with Wellness/wellbeing tips, plus some of my favourite inspiring quotes. The wellness tips come from my experience as a Laughter Yoga leader and trainer, and as a Wellness speaker and workshop facilitator.
The music is almost all Australian, and local as much as possible.
Each week I describe the many benefits that can come from deeper breathing andexplain a little of the science involved. I also share links to others who may be helpful.
Deeper breathing is what it’s all about; it’s what laughter is, with sound added. Using laughter as an exercise makes it fun.
We also chat about the power of playfulness. So it’s ‘Breath Play Laugh’ – the title of my published book.
Where possible I relate the songs played to the quotes and the wellness theme. Please text me with any ideas.
